In Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 you’ll learn essential skills in the design, delivery and assessment of vocation based training. This is a requirement for anyone who is delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

All of our training and assessment programs ​offer maximum flexibility and include live weekly virtual Zoom workshops (including Saturdays) or face-to-face classes. Also included in the price is a weekly homework club via live Zoom, one-on-one phone support sessions with your trainer and assessor plus real-time progress tracker. We offer a fast marking turnaround and helpful feedback on your assessments.

Prerequisites: To apply for this scholarship, you must satisfy the following prerequisites:

Demonstrate vocational competency in your proposed training and assessing area. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include holding a relevant qualification.

Have access to a VET training environment to complete post-course assessments where required (unless you are looking to enroll in a face to face course or online training with live Zoom workshops).

Have access to a mentor who holds TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training or Assessment or a higher level adult education qualification.
